Scheduling an Appointment

You can schedule an appointment on of two ways:

1.  Click on the "Appointments" link next to the provider you wish to schedule with, and you will be redirected to an on-line scheduler.  New users will be required to create and user name and ID. 
2.  Call (972) 985-9579 to schedule an intake appointment. New clients will be able to schedule on line after the intake appointment.
